At Work Boots Direct, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have the right fit for the job. If your boots are unworn and in their original packaging, we will provide a full refund or exchange to keep you moving.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer or outer box.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
